I have been enjoying watching Romancing the DATA again, i was on ID-Book.. sorry Facebook myself just now looking past the KISS interface and i accidentally i saw the man behind the mirror, a two-way mirror… we are like game-show contestants, the price is right, eager, willing and over excited we are on “TV” and are about to win a big prize in front of the cameras, today they give us these systems to flatter ourselves, make us feel important as we unwittingly dance for the all seeing data eye.

This reminds me of the online companies who now offer to backup all your data for you for a small monthly fee. Isn’t that giving them permission to freely make copies of everything you have on your hard drive and you pay for the privilege? TSA employees have already been caught downloading the full body scans of children and women to the internet. Can you honestly in good conscience allow your children and wife to pass through such devices?
