How do I log in into University Information System when i lost my identification number?

I have lost both my acceptance letter and confirmation letter which is required in order to login onto St John’s UIS account. Is there any possible way I can get those information back or still login onto UIS (i dont have student identification number and Pin? I’m a freshman and I really need help with this
