Thank you for this and your other videos. I have watched all of Abraham/Hicks videos but it is helpful to hear the same material in other words from someone else. Different explanations seem to register in your mind differently and it helps you understand the concepts even better.

for example, assume, you love a person really deeply, and you know that being with this particular person will have serious (even negative) consequences on your life (e.g.: losing your job, moving into a worse apartment). Would you not want to control your IGS to stop loving that person, so you wouldnt have to live with these consequences? I have had similar feelings, but there is nothing to control your emotions.

im not arguing your theory, coz its true. But its no news that people do what they want/feel in their mind and body. You are just explaining how it works. What i dont see is how this can be useful for our everyday life as we can’t actually control that system. It actually controls us, if your theory applies to everyone. Think about how scary it would be if we ‘could’ control it. There would be a lot less emotion
