But if you master a complex close combat system, it will be more useful in a street fight since you will have a wider arsenal to your help. Everything is about time and excersise. I like that Grandpa …
I like that Grandpa and his son teaching not just martial art but the system of surviving. You learn not only punches, you learn how human body works. I had 2 years studying and i have to say this system very usefull. Big amount of information about human mechanics, human body and many other stuff. Really easy to learn then you start to understand how this system works. But on the streets with 2 or more opponents muay thai / box helps better.

This is a cool systema clip it shows the history of russian martial arts from medievial to world war one and alot of good demonstastion of alesey kadiochnikov, to me his a martial arts innovator like the immortal bruce lee the founder of jeet kune do to imi lichtenfeld the founder of krav maga, just like those 2 has made the a martial art that is contemporary and i can appreicate that, i wish i would have known about systema instead of karate it would have defended myself better good job.
