Computer Engineering is geared more towards math and programming. Information Systems is more about computer systems in general and probably includes classes on networking and database administration. I'd say engineering would be a better bet because I think its harder than information systems. You have to be good at math for the engineering stuff...and some people shy away from that. Maybe you should talk to your counsellor and see which one you would like more.<br><b>References : </b><br> I think they are both good.
