What kind of job can one get with a degree in Information Systems Management, NOT IT?

What’s the difference between Information Systems and IT? I have no experience or knowledge with technology but every job description I see that is supposed to be Information Systems looks more like they want an IT person. How can one combine the Information Systems degree with a business degree? What kind of position can i hold in a company?

You are right IT is not the same as IS. In a nut shell IT sets up the network, IS is the people who implement it and administe it.
