Are their any good MIS Programs in Texas? (Management Information System)
Because Carnegie Mellon and University of Texas @ Austin are long shots for me!
I was goping to say UT at Austin has a very good program, but now I see the detail that you have already considered that. There is a school in Houston that has several campuses, one of the campuses has a mIS program. Another school in Dallas, I think it is right outside of Dallas has a program. i can not recollect the names, I am sorry. I looked into these programs about 5 years ago, I just remeber the locations, n\but I can not recall the names. However if you google Ubiversities in Houston and Dallas and then do a little research you will find the program.
Also, you can consider a Business degree with a concentration in information systmes, that may open up several other schools as options.
