For being (MIS) management information system in computer what should you know in computer ? Please Help?


A degree or diploma in Computing or IT would help. Else start in a low level entry position for a company, such as on a help desk or call centre and work your way from there.

  3. you need to understand networking. the rest comes in software…lol…and its someone you know who will hire because of your friendship with that person. so its important you be nice.lol…………

  4. It depends on what platform the MIS is done for. Some older ones run on VAX computers others run on AS/400 series computers.
    What information you should know to build an MIS is what entities are being kept and linked by the user. Plate count, sample type and media, sample origin and address would be things that are linked in an MIS I used a number of years ago.
