Are you asking if a part of computing education or management is the provenance of one gender more than the other?

If so then my answer is below.

The gender of the student plays no part in their ability to understand the concept of the subject they are studying. The only thing that matters is the ability to comprehend the subject and keep up with the classes.

Are you asking if males or females are better suited to specific courses of academia or practical courses? If so then my answer is the same as above.
