See Actual Data Recovery Work Being Performed in a Clean Room by Data Recovery Group in one of our Data Recovery Facilities by one of our Data Recovery Technicians.
Data Recovery Group, began as a hard drive repair company repairing failed hard drives back in 1986 and was one of the first companies to offer data recovery services for all popular operating systems and all brands of hard disk drives.
Our extensive experience with hard drive repair has enabled us to successfully recover lost computer data for more than 7,000 companies. Many of these data recoveries were performed on failed hard drives that other data recovery companies had declared “non recoverable.”
If you have suffered a hard drive failure or computer crash and your data is important to you, do not try and repair, fix the drive or run any utilities or data may be rendered non recoverable.
If your data is important to you and need Data Recovery, Contact the Data Recovery Group hard drive recovery lab nearest you.

IBMer John Cohn: We are surrounded by information. Human beings use their 5 senses to understand the world. On a smarter planet, organizations now have the same ability to analyze data from multiple sources and make sense of it instantly. Banks can anticipate credit fraud. Trains run with fewer delays. The more types of data we understand, the smarter we become. I help organizations sense the world around them. I’m an IBMer. Let’s build a smarter planet.

This is a very quick and informative video on how to use the data transfer utility feature, which PS3 owners were given in firmware update 3.15. This feature allows you to copy/transfer everything from one PS3 to another – That includes downloaded titles, DLC, all your media and game saves (even protected files).
I tried cramming all the information into 10 steps;
* Source PS3: Where you’re transferring from.
* Destination PS3: Where you’re transferring to.
1. Update both systems to 3.15 or up.
2. Hook both systems to your TV.
3. Deactivate the source PS3.
4. Activate the destination PS3.
5. Turn off systems. Link both systems with Ethernet cable.
6. Turn both systems back on.
7. Go to Data Transfer Utility, proceed and select option 1.
8. Switch TV source to destination PS3.
9. Repeat step 7, except choose option 2.
10. Let the destination PS3 format.
Aftermath;
In my case, I was still able to access my old PS3. Apparently, after using this feature, the source PS3 is supposed to be formatted automatically so that there isn’t any potential game sharing going on (I think). I could still use my source PS3, strangely. However, I did do a full system restore, meaning it is now set to factory settings and I am now using my new Slim. The old PS3 will go up for sale.

Information Lifecycle Management
Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) is a comprehensive paradigm to manage the flow of data and metadata through your company’s systems, from creation and storage to the time when it becomes obsolete and needs to be discarded. It is a practice which recognizes that protection, security, availability, and the value of information changes over time, and attempts to align these needs with appropriate IT infrastructure and business process and at any given point in time. During the cycle, costs are aligned with the business value of this information at each point in time. Information Lifecycle Management is based on the following three fundamental principles.
Information Must be Classified
Before a value can be placed on information or the right infrastructure, or security protection can be assigned to information it must be classified and the appropriate business process wrapped around it. Unless a company understands how various types of information should be handled, protected, or stored all information is treated the same and eventually a company ends up with an information “junk drawer”.
Information has a Lifecycle
Information is not static. It is created, used, archived, perhaps used again, and eventually disposed of. Information Lifecycle Management dictates that data is handled differently depending on the lifecycle state.
The Business Value of Information Changes Over its Lifecycle
The business value of most information decays over time. Information is relevant, in use, and of greatest value shortly after it is created. As business needs change, information lifecycle management recognizes that data may become less relevant and may be a candidate for archiving. Occasionally and unexpectedly, some older information may suddenly become crucial and need to be quickly, completely, and accurately retrieved. An example of this may be a legal matter where failure to produce this information may result in severe penalties. Strategic Data Management (SDM) is a data management company specializing in Information Lifecycle Management. In conjunction with our partners, we offer a comprehensive set of ILM processes, products, and services to address our clients’ ILM needs at every step of the data lifecycle.

FAQ READ THIS, I NO LONGER ANSWER STUPID QUESTIONS
If it didn’t work for you then you can NOT play PS2 games at all.
Does not work on slim.
This is how to put the ps2 system data on a ps3, it is an addon for the PS3. It is required on most ps3’s to play ps2 games. This will only work on some PS3 systems.
Here is the link to see which PS2 games are compatible, http://www.us.playstation.com/Support/CompatibleStatus
You just type in the name of the game and click search to see if it is compatible.
If you have any questions, then let me know. I will try to answer them personally. And please don’t rate it bad or say its fake if it doesn’t work for you, because about half of the ps3 systems it does work for, and you may not be in that catagory.
**EDIT**
Some people are saying there isn’t a disc based addons in the store, i honestly have no clue what you are talking aobut, sorry. Mine has this section, and I am updated to the latest version, so make sure you are too. Although I think it might be a region thing. I am in the North American region so if you are in this region, it will probably work.
******UPDATE******
FAQ’s
Q: Does this work on the 160GB?
A: No, I’m almost positive it doesn’t.
Q: Does this add backwards compatiblity?
A: No, it just lets you put some games on the hard drive and allows you to play more games, such as Final Fanasty and things like that.
Q: If I make an American account, will this work?
A: Yes, you should be able to access it then, but the the store and downloads will be slower because you are accessing servers from a different country.
Q:Will this work on the **GB System?
A: Try it yourself, I will not answer this question because I don’t have every system!
*****Update*****
Since my video has succeeded 20,000 (thank you guys!) I will probably not be able to answer all of your questions personally. And once again thank you to my viewers and subscribers, and if you haven’t subscribed yet, you should if you want more great material on PS3 updates, tech (computer), and PS3 games and all that good stuff. Thank you
***UPDATE***
Ok, this is to clear everything up. This add on does NOT let every system play PS2 games, it only lets the systems that can (have backwards compatibility) play more PS2 games, such as FF and other games like that.

http://www.ibm.com/smarterplanet/us/en/index.html?cm_mmc=agus_brsp2hp-20100301-106aw01w-_-v-_-anthem-_-youtube Understanding data patterns is important to industries like healthcare, transportation and energy and utilities. The data visualizations featured within the commercial are based on real data sets taken from organizations across the globe. The volunteered information is shared between clinical and patient hospital divisions, the energy consumed by California residents and traffic patterns in Singapore. For that reason, efficient data management and analysis is essential to a Smarter Planet.
Voiceover: Our planet is alive with data. It’s generated by cars on a freeway. Patients in a hospital. Electricity in the grid. The more we understand data, the more answers we find. Patterns are easing traffic in over 400 cities. Finding disease 50 times faster. Reducing energy costs by 10%. On a smarter planet, we can analyze all the data we now see to make the world work better. Let’s build a smarter planet.
