A truck rollover, jackknife, or loss-of-control situation can be very costly to a fleet. In fact, Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC estimates that a single incident can cost about $100,000, and for a fleet running on a 5-percent margin that could equate to losing $2 million in revenue. This video explains how equipping its vehicles with Bendix® ESP® stability system can help mitigate many accidents therefore avoiding such economic catastrophes. It also demonstrates how the Bendix Stability Value Calculator is able to indicate the amount of cost-per-mile payback a fleet could receive by equipping the Bendix ESP system.
