its pretty easy to …
its pretty easy to read. Every tix clock has 4 rows. First row has 3 lights. 2nd has 9. Third has 6. While 4th has 9.
If the first light has 1 light showing and second light has 2, it means its 12. (get it 1 and 2). Then so forth as it goes along. Like the time around 3 min on the video is 10:23. first row has 1 light. 2nd has 0, 3rd has 2, 4th has 3.

My Case:- Didactic Degree. Never had/used any type of Computer except for Vid games in 80’s.
Bought 1st IBM Aptiva @ Best Buy (1100.00USD For TOWER Only). Supposed to work w/ NT4 Workstation:- It DIDN’T. 1 Yr of back & forth to “Gook Squad” & they never fixed it. Took me 6 Weeks, Bargain Books @ 1/2 Price Books & I learned to build, Programme, ConfigBy Reading AND Doing. Now I work as a Sr. Tech. Analyst (4 yrs so far) @ Computer Sciences Corp. “Help Desk”. Love it!
