What degree would make more, a bachelors in Information Technology or Information Systems?

I currently work in the IT field, but have no degree. I have experience, and certifications. I would like to finally get my degree, and want to know what would be best for the market. IT or IS? Thanks.

I want to say IS because it inherently includes keeping up with the latest technology while IT is not big on practical application.
