Which major makes the highest salary: Computer Science, Information Technology, and Information Systems?

Which major makes the highest salary: Computer Science, Information Technology, and Information Systems?
Also can anyone describe the differences and the rigor? And what jobs are available with the degree?
I am thinking about majoring in one of these next year, so I’m thinking what will lead down the road /in the future..
Lol and now I’m thinking is software engineer is a better option?

Salaries for all three are the same. A major in any of the three will take you far. FYI – software engineering is a dangerous field IMHO. I’ve seen a lot of those jobs sent to India.
